Simple suggestion.
If I click CTRL + UP ARROW, check the current element and choose one before.
Example: I’m writing a dialogue (Ctrl+5), if I click CTRL + UP ARROW, it becomes Parenthetical (CTRL+4).
And the opposite happens when CTRL + DOWN ARROW.
